Summary
This study tested whether hypnosis can lower pain and anxiety during an ultrasound-guided liver biopsy. 70 adults were randomly assigned to receive either hypnosis or standard care during the procedure. Researchers measured pain and anxiety levels to see if hypnosis made the experience more comfortable.
