Summary
This study tested whether a special type of heated yoga (hyperthermic yoga) can help reduce symptoms of depression. 80 adults with mild to moderate depression were randomly assigned to either take yoga classes twice a week or join a waitlist. Researchers measured how acceptable and feasible the yoga was, and how much it improved mood and quality of life.
