Summary
This study tested whether keeping blood pressure very tightly controlled could prevent severe bone damage (osteonecrosis) in children and young adults being treated for leukemia or lymphoma. 51 participants were randomly assigned to either intensive or standard blood pressure management. The goal was to see if the intensive approach reduced bone damage seen on MRI scans.
