This pilot study looked at how well three different blood pressure medicines and three ways of tracking blood pressure at home work in young adults aged 18 to 40 with high blood pressure. The goal was to see which approach helps lower blood pressure best and improves quality of life. The study was stopped early but aimed to find better ways to manage hypertension in younger people.
