Summary
This study tests a powerful mix of chemotherapy drugs plus nelarabine in people with untreated T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma. The goal is to see how well the treatment kills cancer cells and what side effects occur. About 160 adults will take part, and researchers will track remission and survival over time.
