New chemo cocktail shows promise for rare blood cancers

Summary
This study tests a combination of several chemotherapy drugs plus nelarabine in people with untreated T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma. The goal is to see how well this treatment works at stopping cancer growth and improving survival. About 160 participants will receive the drug combo and be monitored for side effects and remission rates.
