Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called HYP-2090PTSA in people with advanced solid tumors that have a KRAS mutation. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 257 adults will take part in two phases: first to check safety, then to measure effectiveness.
