New drink study aims to quench Post-Workout thirst

Summary
This study tests two new drinks to see if they help healthy adults rehydrate after exercise better than regular beverages. About 32 active adults will exercise, then drink the test drinks or a control drink. Researchers will measure blood changes and ask about hydration over 8 hours.
