Summary
This study looks at whether two new drinks help healthy adults rehydrate better after exercise compared to regular drinks. About 32 people will exercise, then drink the test beverages, and have their blood checked over 8 hours. The goal is to see if these drinks improve hydration markers like blood thickness and salt levels.
