Summary

This study tests a special body-awareness program to help teenage girls feel better during their periods. The program teaches girls to notice and respond to their body's signals. Researchers will measure if it reduces symptoms like pain and mood changes, and improves how girls feel about their periods. The study includes 180 girls aged 11-16 who started their periods within the last two years.
