Summary
This study tested whether adding hyaluronidase to a standard numbing medicine (bupivacaine) in a TAP block (a type of pain injection) could extend pain relief after cesarean section. 114 women scheduled for C-section participated. The main goal was to see how long pain relief lasted before needing additional pain medication.
