New ointment could zap precancerous skin spots

Summary
This study tests a new ointment called HW211026 for actinic keratosis, rough skin spots caused by sun damage that can turn into skin cancer. About 80 adults with at least two spots on their face will use the ointment to see if it clears the spots completely and safely. The goal is to find a better treatment option for this common condition.
