First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study compared two non-invasive breathing treatments for COVID-19 pneumonia patients with low oxygen levels. 108 adults were randomly assigned to receive either high-velocity nasal insufflation (HVNI) or continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP). The goal was to see which method better corrected low oxygen levels. Results help doctors choose the best breathing support for these patients.
