Summary

This study looked at two ways to help COVID-19 patients who have trouble breathing and low oxygen levels. It compared a newer method called High-Velocity Nasal Insufflation (HVNI) with the standard Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP). The goal was to see which one corrects low oxygen better. The study included 108 adults with COVID-19 pneumonia and acute type 1 respiratory failure.
