Summary
This study looked at how people make decisions when an AI tool gives them advice, similar to how doctors might use AI in mammography. 12 participants completed an online task where they decided if a target was present, with AI as a second reader. The goal was to understand how the frequency of targets (prevalence) changes human performance and decision-making.
