New eye drop aims to lower pressure in glaucoma patients

Summary
This study tests a new eye drop called HUC3-637 in 206 adults with primary open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. The goal is to see if it safely lowers eye pressure better than an existing treatment. Participants will use the drops for a period and have their eye pressure measured regularly.
