New eye drop aims to tame glaucoma pressure in major trial

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests a new eye drop called HUC3-637 in 206 adults with primary open-angle glaucoma or high eye pressure. The goal is to see if it lowers eye pressure better than an existing active control. Participants will use the drops for a period and have their eye pressure measured regularly.
