New navigator service aims to keep young people with psychosis in care

Summary
This study will develop and test a hub-based engagement navigator service for people aged 13-35 with early psychosis who are at risk of dropping out of care. The service will be created with input from patients, families, and clinic staff. Researchers will then test whether the service helps people stay in treatment longer and reduces the number of people who leave care early.
