Summary

This study is testing a new service that assigns navigators to help people aged 13–35 with early psychosis stay connected to their care programs. The goal is to reduce the number of people who drop out of treatment and increase the time they stay in care. The service will be developed with input from patients, families, and staff, and tested across three programs.
