Summary
This study is testing whether the experimental drug HSK47388 can help control symptoms in adults with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis. Researchers will compare the drug against a placebo in 150 participants to see if it reduces bowel inflammation and improves symptoms. The goal is to find a new treatment option for people who haven't responded well to existing therapies.
