Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental tablet called HSK44459 can improve skin symptoms and reduce itching in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). Researchers will compare two different doses of the pill against a placebo (inactive pill) over 12 weeks in 150 participants. The main goal is to see how much the treatment reduces the severity of eczema and improves quality of life.
