New pill shows promise for severe eczema relief
NCT ID NCT06996912
Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental oral medication called HSK44459 can improve skin symptoms and reduce itching in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). Researchers will compare two different doses of the medication against a placebo pill over 12 weeks in 150 participants. The goal is to see if this new treatment can significantly reduce eczema severity and itching for people who haven't responded well to standard treatments.
