Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called HSK42360 in children and teenagers whose brain tumors have returned after standard treatment. The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand how the drug is processed by the body. The trial is for patients aged 6 to 18 with a specific genetic change (BRAF V600 mutation) in their tumor.
