Summary
This is an early-stage study to find a safe dose and learn how the body processes a new oral drug called HSK42360. It is for children and teenagers (ages 6-17) whose aggressive brain tumors have a specific BRAF V600 mutation and have come back after standard treatments. The main goals are to check for side effects and see how the drug behaves in the body, while also looking for early signs that it might help control the tumor.
