New pill targets deadly childhood brain tumors

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HSK42360 in children aged 6 to 17 with a certain type of brain tumor that has come back. The tumor must have a specific gene change called BRAF V600. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see how well the drug works at shrinking or controlling the tumor. About 159 children will take the drug by mouth.
