Summary
This study tested whether a new drug called HSK21542 injection works better or is safer than morphine or a placebo for managing pain after hip replacement surgery. It involved 161 adults who had just undergone surgery and were experiencing significant pain. Researchers compared how well the different treatments reduced pain intensity and how often patients needed extra pain medication.
