Summary

This study tested whether a new injection called HSK21542 could relieve pain after hip replacement surgery. It compared the new drug to both morphine (a standard painkiller) and a placebo (a dummy treatment) in 161 patients. The main goal was to see if HSK21542 was safe and how well it reduced pain intensity after surgery.
