Summary
This study tests a new drug called HS-20089 against standard chemotherapy in people with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that no longer responds to platinum-based treatments. About 468 women will be randomly assigned to receive either HS-20089 or a doctor-chosen chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if HS-20089 can delay cancer growth longer than standard chemo.
