New drug aims to boost liver regrowth after cancer surgery

Summary
This study tests a drug called HRX215 in 80 adults who had part of their liver removed due to colon cancer that spread there. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and helps the liver grow back faster. Half of the participants will get the drug, and half will get a placebo (a dummy pill). The study is in early phases (1 and 2), so it mainly checks safety and how the body handles the drug.
