Summary
This study tests whether a new tablet, HRS9531, can help control blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. About 240 adults who have not achieved good blood sugar control with lifestyle changes or metformin will receive either the study drug or a placebo for 20 weeks. The main goal is to see if HRS9531 lowers HbA1c (a measure of average blood sugar) more than placebo.
