Summary
This study tests whether the investigational drug HTD1801 can slow kidney damage in adults with both type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. About 75 participants will receive either HTD1801 or a placebo twice daily for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces protein leakage in urine, a key sign of kidney health.
