New injection aims to shed fluid in heart failure patients

Summary

This study tests an injectable drug called HRS-9057 in adults hospitalized with heart failure who have fluid retention. The main goal is to see if it helps reduce weight (a sign of fluid loss) by day 8 compared to a placebo. About 153 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will also monitor safety and the need for additional diuretics.
