Summary
This study tests an injectable drug called HRS-9057 in 153 adults hospitalized with heart failure who have fluid buildup causing symptoms like shortness of breath and swelling. The main goal is to see if the drug helps reduce weight (a sign of fluid loss) more than a placebo over 8 days. Researchers will also check safety and whether patients need extra diuretics.
