Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HRS-7535 to see if it can lower blood pressure better than a placebo in adults aged 18-70 who have both high blood pressure and overweight or obesity. About 648 participants will take the drug or a dummy pill for up to 48 weeks. The main goal is to check blood pressure changes at 24 weeks, with additional measures like weight and cholesterol changes.
