Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HRS-7535 for people with high blood pressure who are also overweight or have obesity. About 648 adults aged 18 to 70 will receive either the drug or a placebo for up to 48 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug can lower blood pressure more effectively than a placebo, and it will also track weight and cholesterol changes.
