Summary

This study is testing a new drug called HRS-7249 to see if it safely lowers high levels of triglycerides, a type of fat in the blood. About 200 adults with high cholesterol will take either the new drug or a placebo pill for a period of time. Researchers will compare the groups to find the best dose and check for side effects.
