Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called HRS-7249 to see if it safely lowers high levels of triglycerides, a type of fat in the blood. It will involve about 200 adults with high cholesterol, comparing the drug against a placebo. The main goal is to find the right dose and see how well it works.
