Summary
This study tests an experimental tablet called HRS-7085 in 66 adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis, a chronic bowel disease. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it safely improves symptoms like diarrhea and rectal bleeding.
