New pill tested for Hard-to-Treat bowel disease

Summary
This study is testing an experimental pill called HRS-7085 in adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis, a chronic inflammatory bowel disease. The main goals are to see if the pill is safe, if it helps control the disease, and how the body processes it. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the real pill or a placebo (a pill with no medicine) for comparison.
