New hope for hard-to-treat pancreatic cancer: targeted combo enters trial

Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs (HRS-4642, nimotuzumab, and chemotherapy) as a first treatment for 32 people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has a specific KRAS G12D mutation. The goal is to see if this combo can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants must not have had prior treatment for advanced cancer and must be in good overall health.
