Summary
This study is for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic mutation called KRAS G12D. The trial tests a new drug, HRS-4642, combined with other anti-cancer medicines to see if it is safe and helps shrink tumors. About 118 adults aged 18 to 75 with good performance status and measurable tumors may join. The goal is to find the best dose and measure how well the combination works.
