First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called HRS-2129 to see if it can safely reduce nerve pain caused by diabetes. About 168 adults with diabetic nerve pain will receive either HRS-2129, a placebo (dummy pill), or an approved pain drug (pregabalin) for comparison. The main goal is to measure how much pain scores drop after 4 weeks of treatment.
