Summary
This study tests a new drug (HR070803) added to standard chemotherapy and a targeted therapy for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. About 669 participants will receive either the new combo or standard treatment. The goal is to see if the new combo improves tumor control and delays cancer growth.
