Summary
This study tests whether adding immunotherapy to standard hormone therapy and targeted radiation can train the immune system to fight HR+ breast cancer. About 100 post-menopausal women with early-stage disease will receive letrozole plus radiation, with or without immune-boosting drugs. The goal is to improve tumor shrinkage and immune response, not to cure the disease outright.
