Can a cancer Survivor's new immune system fight HPV?
NCT ID NCT03023631
Summary
This study is testing how well the Gardasil 9 vaccine works to prevent HPV infection in cancer patients who have received a donor stem cell transplant. Researchers want to see if the patient's new immune system, which comes from the donor, can build strong protection against HPV after getting the standard three-dose vaccine series. The study will measure antibody levels and track any side effects in about 48 participants.
