Summary
This study is following thousands of women in Costa Rica for 10 years to see how well the HPV vaccine protects against cervical cancer over the long term. Researchers are comparing women who received the vaccine years ago with a new group of unvaccinated women. The goal is to understand the vaccine's lasting benefits and any potential long-term effects.
