This study is tracking thousands of young women in Costa Rica for 10 years to see how well the HPV vaccine protects against cervical cancer over the long term. It compares women who received the vaccine years ago with a new group of unvaccinated women. The goal is to understand the vaccine's lasting benefits and any potential long-term effects.
