Summary
This study looks at whether a smaller (one-fifth) dose of the HPV vaccine can still trigger a strong immune response in adults aged 27 to 45. Researchers are comparing two types of HPV vaccines and two ways of giving the shot (into the skin or into the muscle). The goal is to see if using less vaccine per dose could help stretch supplies and lower costs without losing effectiveness.
