Summary
This study is testing whether two doses of the HPV vaccine work as well as three doses for women living with HIV. Researchers want to see if a simpler vaccination schedule can still provide strong protection against the virus that causes cervical cancer. The results could help make vaccination programs more practical worldwide, especially for this high-risk group.
