Could two HPV shots be enough for women with HIV?

Summary
This study looks at whether women living with HIV can get the same protection from the HPV vaccine with 2 doses instead of the usual 3. Researchers will compare immune responses in 275 Canadian women aged 18-45 who have never received the HPV vaccine. If 2 doses work as well, it could make vaccination cheaper and easier, helping to prevent cervical cancer worldwide.
