First seen May 25, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether giving targeted radiation along with two immunotherapy drugs (evorpacept and pembrolizumab) before standard surgery can improve outcomes for people with early-stage HPV-related throat cancer. About 29 adults with stage I disease that can be surgically removed will receive this combination treatment. The main goal is to see if the cancer disappears or shrinks significantly by the time of surgery.
